Rouge Noir is an EBL doll released in December of 2002 as a Blythe shop exclusive. She has bright red, blown out hair parted slightly to the side.

She has warm peachy eyeshadow and natural pink lips. Her eye colors are blue (right), green (left), pink (forward), and orange (forward).

She comes with a black lingerie set with red flowers, a black plunge-neck dress, a blazer and trousers, a black purse, two pairs of earrings, two necklaces, sandals, pumps, rhinestones, a stand, and a collection card.
